Standing Order

A Standing Order gives you the satisfaction of knowing you will always have the most current information available from BNA Books. 

All our titles are Standing Order titles.  This means that new editions or supplements will be automatically sent to you on a 30-day approval.  You may decline this service upon placing your order or at any time thereafter by contacting us at 1-800-960-1220 or via e-mail at books@bna.com.  Government, retail, and wholesale accounts will not receive automatic Standing Order shipments.

If you do not wish to place a Standing Order please indicate your choice in:

"Order and delivery comments:" in the shopping basket at checkout.

Reliable updates. You won’t ever have to wonder if you have the latest edition or supplement of an important treatise. Standing Order ensures you will always have the most current information available in your areas of interest.

Immediate delivery. As soon as a new supplement or edition is published for a title you have previously purchased, it will automatically be shipped to you for a free, no-obligation, 30-day review.

Convenient service. You can either honor the invoice and keep the book(s) when they arrive, or return the book(s) and we’ll immediately cancel your invoice when the books are received in the warehouse—it’s that simple.
